General Terms and Conditions

  1. Banner Purchase Order Number should appear on all paperwork and on the outside of boxes where possible.
  2. Materials Furnished are subject to our inspection and may be rejected at the seller’s expense at any time.
  3. All material requiring Certification. Mill or inspection reports must be signed, titled and dated. Shipments will not be accepted without specific documents.
  4. When applicable return all B/P’s, P/L’s Tooling Fixtures ect.
  5. Do not Stack parts- Protect from damage.
  6. BANNER METALCRAFT shall have the right to send representatives of BANNER, Banners Customers and Regulatory agencies to facility to ensure compliance.
  7. A signed title and dated Certificate of Compliance is required will all shipments.
  8. All records generated by the supplier pertaining to this purchase order are required to be retained for a minimum of 10 years unless otherwise specified on this document.
  9. The Supplier must:
    1. Notify BANNER METALCRAFT of Non-Conforming Material
    2. Obtain BANNER METALCRAFT approval for Non-Conforming product disposition.
    3. Notify BANNER METALCRAFT of changes in product and/or Process, changes of suppliers, or change of manufacturing facility location.
    4. Flow Down to the Supplier Chain the applicable requirements including customer requirements.
  10. All Supplier personnel need to be aware of their contribution to product conformity, product safety and importance of ethical behavior.
  11. The supplier shall utilize counterfeit prevention requirements to AS5553, AS6174.
