Inspection:

  • (13) Inspection stations for 1st piece and final inspection of parts. This includes stations for source inspection.
  • (2) Absolute Arms (Portable Romer inspection arms, 711mm size), for inspection to digital models. Utilizing a process called “leap frogging” these arms are capable of inspecting parts over 12’ long.

    • Our inspection department has a large assortment of calibrated granite tables, pin gauges, thread gauges, height gauges, micrometers, milliohm meters, conductivity meters and coating thickness gauges.

Engineering:

  • (4) Complete programming centers. Three of these stations have Siemens NX 2013. All stations are capable of reading .PSD, .DWG, .DXF, .IGS and CATIA files.
  • We also have the capability to import .PDF, .CAL, .TIF, .GIF, and .HPGL and most other raster images.
